Being in Nature

Another beautiful spring has graced us with her presence. The earth seems to be alive, as it awakens from the winter rains and cold. The land is in full greens and highlighted with accents of flowers.

It is times like this that I am so thankful, and grateful to be in this moment, to live in this time when we are recognizing that our actions do carry weight, they have and always will.

Now more then ever we need to make an example of how nature does not need us, we need nature. WE need nature to be nature, for humans to stop controlling it, to stop taking, to recognize that greed has no end until there is no more of anything to covet.

I vow to do my part, to limit my “take”, and to allow nature to recover, to heal, and to grow.
